The Green-breasted Mango, pictured here, is a spectacular hummingbird species found in Central America. While visiting the Caribbean slope of Costa Rica in search of birds, I was blown away by the number of these hummingbirds visiting flowers and feeders in the rainforest. Spending hours watching and photographing them, I managed to capture this portrait, showcasing the this male's spectacular colourful plumage in all its glory.
